Data Deletion Request

All users of CommBox applications can request for their personal data to be deleted at any time. Data deletion applies to the following applications:

  1. CommBox OS Accounts

  2. CommBox Connect

  3. CommBox Manage

  4. CommBox Signage

  5. ​

To request for your personal data to be deleted please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to CommBox at support@commbox.com.au

  2. In the email please provide your name, phone and app data you would like deleted.

  3. A CommBox support team member will call you to verify that the request is authenticate and has come from you.

  4. CommBox engineering team will then delete any personal data in our applications, remove your personal data from product analytics tools, remove your personal data from any business systems used to communicate with our users.

  5. You will receive a final email to confirm that all data has been deleted.

CommBox is committed to protecting your privacy. All data we have that is personally linked to you in our applications will be deleted.

If you change your mind you want to re-open your account, you will need to start the account creation process from the beginning. We will not be able to recover your data.
